His story

Originally from the beautiful Italian city of Merano, located in the Alps mountains, Elias has cultivated his love of cooking since his youth. Inspired by his mother, he learned to prepare traditional local dishes that sparked his culinary passion.

After completing his training in gastronomy, Elias gained experience in prestigious Michelin-starred hotels and restaurants in Italy. His interest in exploring new culinary cultures led him to move to Copenhagen, where he shone at the famous restaurant "Era Ora".

Determined to continue expanding his gastronomic knowledge, he settled on the magical island of Mallorca, where he worked as a Sous-Chef at the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant "Es Raco des Teix". After years of perfecting his art on the island, he decided to strike out on his own as a Private Chef.

Specializing in exquisite Mediterranean cuisine, Elias offers a wide range of services ranging from elegant and sophisticated haute cuisine menus to cozy family lunches and authentic Spanish dishes such as Paella and Barbecue.

His commitment is to create unique and personalized culinary experiences for each of their guests.
