My Story
PRIVATE CHEF IN MALLORCA
Born in Merano, a small city in Italy in the middle of the Alps. His love for the food started when he was young, and his mother taught him how to cook typical local meals. After finishing the culinary school, he worked in several luxury hotels and Michelin starred restaurant across Italy. His desire to discover new types of cuisine made him move to Copenhagen, where he worked in the Michelin star restaurant “Era Ora“. After this experience, he decides to move to Spain, on the beautiful island of Mallorca. He worked for several years as Sous-Chef in one of the best restaurants of the island, the Michelin starred restaurant “Es Raco des Teix“. After more experience on Mallorca, he decides to create his own company and offer his service as private chef.
Chef Elias specialty is Mediterranean cuisine, as private Chef he offers different kind of service, from refined fine dining menu to family style lunch, but as well typical Spanish menus, Paella and Barbecue.
His goal is to create unique and personalized menus for his guests, giving them a memorable experience.
